I have tried adding other in ingredients to this sauce but find it is best when ket simple.
It is great combined with black sesame flax crackers and home made kimchee.
- 2 c raw whole cashews (soaked)
- 1 med red pepper
- 1/4 – 1/2 t sea salt to taste
Drain cashews.
Add all ingredients to a 3 HP blender.
Use a pusher to combine.
Add just enough water to blend on high until smooth but thick enough to scoop.
